چکیده
The importance of pumped storage plants (PSPs) is continuously increasing in power systems with more and variable renewable energies. For the research development PSPs, speed technology sea-water PSP are two important new orientations. In this paper, an experimental platform unit under wave disturbance introduced. purpose to study design operation mechanism based on various common technical problems, especially for four aspects: transient processes, unit, coordination control, disturbance. adopts a Chinese feasibility stage as prototype, model scale 1:4 applied. It consists nine sub-systems, including waterway system, reversible circulating water governor AC excitation electric protection, monitoring intelligent load measurement system. contains pump turbine, doubly fed induction machine, etc. variation range ±8%, rated 78.13 kW. runner meets IEC standard reference diameter 284.3 mm. upstream tank closed pressure that can adjust discharge. downstream open simulate level fluctuation. Regarding control it has core parts: local governor, converter controller. content three key (1) performance validation unit; (2) operating stability complex disturbances; (3) capability during processes. aims laying theoretical foundation follow-up construction real PSPs units.
